  • Buyers who want a single-vendor relationship

    Recruiting and performance are native; you can run a credible suite end-to-end without bolt-ons.

Where it doesn’t
  • US-heavy headcount

    US payroll is partner-led and historically weaker than the European story.

  • Above 800 FTE with complex orgs

    The data model starts to bend; HiBob or Dayforce are usually a better landing.

  • Best-of-breed buyers

    Personio works hardest as a suite; if you want a different ATS or LMS the integration story is real but not effortless.
